Every rug ships free — no exceptions, no fine print. We hand-pack each piece within 48 hours of your order so it can start its next chapter in your home.

Do you offer international shipping? 

For now, we're keeping it close to home.
We currently only ship within the U.S. — our rugs have already traveled far enough to get here. International shipping isn't available just yet, but stay tuned as we grow!

What is your return policy? 

Not the one? That's okay — there's another rug out there for you.
We offer store credit for returns made within 10 days of delivery, shipped back via FedEx or UPS in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Since each piece is one-of-a-kind, we can't offer cash refunds — but we'll gladly help you find your perfect match.
